The Independent Animal Control Officer is: Rachael Demeter Animal control officer (267) 371-3226 For all dog or rabid animal complaints within either East Greenville or Pennsburg Boroughs, residents should call the Upper Perk Police at (215) 679-4131.
The Animal Control Officer can be retained to handle other animal complaints at the expense of the caller, resident, or homeowner. Arrangements need to be made directly with the Animal Control Officer at 267-371-3226.
